Conference '09 will be held in New Zealand's capital city, Wellington from Thursday 6 August to Saturday 8 August.  The conference registration and sessions will start at 1.30pm on 6 August and will be launched in the Grand Hall of Parliament at 6.00pm in a ceremony hosted by the Attorney General Hon. Christopher Finlayson.

Featured at Conference '09 will be the AMINZ Annual Dinner on Friday 7 August to be attended by both His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand The Hon Sir Anand Satyanand, GNZM, QSO and Hon. Christopher Finlayson and the Inaugural Fellows' Breakfast on Saturday 8 August.

Renown North Carolina mediator, attorney and author J. Anderson (Andy) Little is our special guest speaker and workshop presenter.  For anyone interested in negotiating or mediating money claims, Andy is a "must see". He was also intrumental in bringing mediation into the court system in North Carolina.  Andy will speak at Conference on designing and implementaing mediation in the courts.

We can confirm already that there are over 40 presenters with concurrent mediation, arbitration / adjudication and business streams.  A prospective provisional programme can be viewed here.   Please note that changes will be made to this programme.
