National alternative dispute resolution bodies, the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) and the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia ( IAMA) will hold a joint conference in Christchurch, New Zealand 5 - 7 August 2010.  The conference will bring together the leaders of dispute resolution from throughout the region and promises to be the largest dispute resolution conference ever held in New Zealand.

The conference will focus on all methods of alternative dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, adjudication and expert determination.  A full programme and speakers will be announced in due course.

The Conference centre is at Rydges Hotel.  We have secured special conference rates, but we highly recommend that you book now as conference week is a busy week in Christchurch.  To make a booking at the Hotel , click here.  There are now only single days available at Rydges, not all days of conference.  Other accommodation is available throughout conference. 

Conference 2010 will be held in New Zealand's Garden City, Christchurch, which is the gateway to the stunning South Island of New Zealand and has 7 ski fields within just 2 hours drive! 

Note that there is a Bledisloe Cup rugby match scheduled in Christchurch for the evening conference finishes - 7 August 2009!  Book for the rugby.
