Accredited RMA commissioner with chair endorsement (MfE).
Accredited independent director (IoD).
Registered trustee (NZTA).
Dispute resolution practice and governance for the last 10 years. Hundreds of adjudications, dozens of mediations and numerous consultation and facilitation projects. Member of the AMINZ Panel of Mediators.
Has mediated contractual, employment and organisational disputes involving large sums of money and complex relational issues.
Previously 30 years in the resource and general management
fields. Certified by the Ministry for the Environment as
an Independent Commissioner with chair endorsement. Extensive
experience as an expert witness and in consultation and
facilitation roles.
