The Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of NZ and the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia are collaborating on a joint conference in Christchurch, New Zealand 5 - 7 August 2010.

The conference programme will soon be released, but features concurrent mediation, arbitration, adjudication / expert determination streams.  There are over 50 presenters confirmed from New Zealand, Australia, United States, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.  Plenary addresses will be made by Hon. Chris Finlayson Attorney General, Hon. Michael Kirby AC, CMG and Hon Robert Fisher QC.
