Telecommunication Dispute Resolution (TDR) was honoured at the Vero Excellence in Business Support Awards ceremony in Auckland on May 20 2010.

Dispute Resolution Services Ltd (DRSL), the scheme agent appointed toset up and manage the TDR service, won the 'BDO Business under $5M turnover One to Many Offering' category for the launch and development of TDR.  AMINZ Councillor, Anne Scragg, was the Director of TDR during this  development and implementation phase. Derek Pullen, Manager TDR, accepted the award on behalf of the TDR and DRSL teams at the annual gala event, and thanked not only those who setup the scheme, but the staff and support people who continue to keep the service running at such a high level.
