Bruce Cottrill is presently a Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Consultant, a Lecturer at Massey University (grad & post grad: mediation, negotiation, arbitration and a Mediator & Consultant to Dispute Resolution Services Ltd.  Bruce has 20 years experience as a dispute resolution practitioner, change agent, teacher and trainer. He has undertaken complex multi school closure mediation and numerous sensitive exotic disease incursion related facilitations and negotiations as well as various major employment related investigations on behalf of Government and the private sector. Bruce has extensive experience in facilitating change and is a Consultant to ACC. Bruce developed & implemented the national "Farm Safe" program.  He is an accredited management coach and on the IRD coaching panel.
