Sally is a partner in the litigation department of Russell McVeagh. Working in commercial dispute resolution, Sally has a particular interest and expertise in arbitration (domestic and international), having practiced off-shore for 12 years (London and Sydney) predominantly in the field of international arbitration and cross-border litigation, and with a focus on arbitration during her time in New Zealand.
Sally is an Associate of AMINZ, a former alternate member for New Zealand on the ICC International Court of Arbitration, a member of LCIA, the IBA and a founding member of Australasian Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA). She has spoken and written extensively on arbitration, including lecturing in arbitration law and practice at Victoria University, University of New South Wales and Auckland University. Sally is a Vice President of the Arbitration Appeals Committee.
