Christine Johnson

Currently Christine is with the New Zealand Defence Force and has responsibility for developing civilian capability and managing diversity. She oversees the appointments for mediators and investigators that AMINZ makes for NZDF.

Christine's first role in Human Resources was with the Department of Corrections, where she was involved in the implementation of a successful cognitative skills programme for inmates.

As a management consultant Christine facilitated training programmes, designed and implemented performance management systems and staff satisfaction surveys for both the private and public sectors.

Christine moved on to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and was responsible for diversity issues, leadership development and performance management. Christine then moved to the Ministry of Social Development where she was involved in performance and reward.
