Glenn Jones is a partner in Christchurch law firm Lane Neave, practicing as a Dispute Resolution lawyer for over 20 years, predominantly in the areas of civil, commercial, construction and employment disputes. He is an Associate member of the Institute is on the mediator panels of LEADR and the Lawyers Complaint Service.

Glenn works in all of the civil courts and employment dispute forums. In 1997 he successfully represented a leading New Zealand financial institution at the Privy Council in London.

Glenn takes a strategic approach to dispute resolution focused on achieving the client's preferred outcome, an approach which has become part of the culture within his firm's Dispute Resolution Team. This approach has proved popular with clients because Lane Neave was awarded the Dispute Resolution Award at the 2008 New Zealand Law Awards.

Glenn will add his insights on how "Litigation Teams" in firms can (and must) change from being simply court advocates to becoming a "Dispute Resolution Team".
