Penny Mudford

FAMINZ(Arb)

Penny Mudford is a dispute resolution practitioner who practices as a conciliator, arbitrator and mediator. She is a Fellow Arbitrator of the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) and an Accredited Director of the Institute of Directors. Penny operates the professional services company Resolution World Limited from Wellington. Penny is a former CEO of AMINZ (2000-07) and has a background in agriculture including dairy farming at Awahuri (1980-2000). She is a scholar of the Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme at Lincoln University and has held various leadership roles in the co-operative dairy industry. She is the author of the Rural Arbitrations chapter in Green and Hunt's Arbitration Law and Practice, Thomson Brookers, 2008.
