Jenny Murphy is the managing director of Arbitration & Mediation Services (NZ) Limited and an associate member of AMINZ.  She was the winner of the Brookers Prize for Law and Practice of Arbitration (2008) and the AMINZ Gold Medal (2008).  Jenny is an experienced Dispute Resolution Practitioner and her recent publications include: ‘NZLawyer' Magazine: The Disputes Tribunal - Justice for all? (Issue 96 Sept. 2008),  Keeping Arbitration Simple (Issue 97 Sept. 2008) and ‘Her Business' Magazine: Restructuring and Redundancy (April 2009).
