Roger Pitchforth is a fellow of the Institute (Arb/Med) and a Past President. He has been involved in the institute's education programme for many years and was the founder and first Director of the Massey University Dispute Resolution Centre. He is an active arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator and is also a Tribunal Member of the Weathertight Homes Tribunal. He was awarded the MNZM for services to Dispute Resolution in 2006.
