Willy LLB, LLM, FAMINZ

Judge Anthony Willy has been a member of AMINZ since 1986 and a Panel member for most of that time. He has served as a Council member for two terms.

Judge Willy is the author of Arbitration in New Zealand (two additions) and a law lecturer at Canterbury University. He has served as a Judge of the District Court, Environment Court, Taxation Review Authority, Accident Compensation Appeal Authority, Land Valuation Court. He is a barrister and has served as Chairman of the District Courts Rules Committee, a Member of Council of Legal Education and Chairman of New Zealand Law Society Legal Education Committee

Judge Anthony is currently a resource management commissioner, arbitrator and a commercial mediator.
