David Carden is in practice in Auckland as an arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator and barrister. He has conducted mediations, is an adjudicator appointed under the Weathertight Homes Resolution Services Act 2002 and is approved as, and acts as, an adjudicator under the Construction Contracts Act 2002. His practice includes resolution of construction disputes, contract and tort claims, property, sales and purchase claims, negligence, medico-legal and Accident Compensation claims.

David is a Fellow of the Institute. He is on the Panels of Arbitrators and Mediators, the List of Adjudicators and is on the LEADR Advanced Panel of Mediators.
