This 3 day course is pragmatically focused for anyone with an interest in practising in the arbitration field, while at the same time providing solid legal underpinnings in statute, case law and, where applicable, soft law.
The 3 days follows the course of an arbitration, and is a great lead-in to the AMINZ Fellowship Programme which includes the Advanced Arbitration Seminar, Fellowship Preparation Seminar and then of course the Fellowship testing.
