Mediating through different lenses: Seeing new things in the same old rooms

This highly interactive seminar is a viewing of a single dispute broken down and analysed through various lenses (legal, psychological, business, negotiation and creative problem solving).

The goal is to help attendees see what they may be missing when they focus on just one perspective in their mediations. This workshop is intended to help mediators to open their eyes more widely, see different layers and view the dispute that is in front of them through a variety of perspectives, allowing them to expand the possibilities for potential resolutions.

Mr Berman, a lecturer on topics relating to mediation, conflict resolution and negotiation, is one of the headline speakers at Conference 2018.
