AMINZ: What’s in the Rearview Mirror and What’s Ahead?
Royden Hindle and Deborah Hart, will be joining us to discuss the dispute resolution year that was and the opportunities and challenges ahead for the Institute and its members.
It is an exciting time for alternative dispute resolution in New Zealand, with new opportunities for growth of the profession. With opportunities there are some challenges as well of course.
Mr Hindle and Ms Hart will brief members on the work that has been undertaken in the past year, provide some insights on the future of dispute resolution and how the Institute can help members make most of the opportunities and cope with the challenges.
About Royden Hindle:
Mr Hindle is the current president of AMINZ, after serving on the Council as Vice President and Councillor. Royden is also the Director of Professional Studies for the Institute. A barrister at Bankside Chambers, Auckland, he is a commercial mediator, arbitrator and adjudicator.
About Deborah Hart:
Ms Hart is the executive director of the Institute. She is a member of the expert reference group on family justice and serves on the Panel of the Human Rights Review Tribunal. She is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Chair of the Advisers to the Wellington Jewish Community Centre and a wedding celebrant.
