The potential for ADR in Treaty of Waitangi disputes with the Hon Christopher Finlayson QC
Both before and after a deed of settlement is signed there are opportunities for efficient and effective resolution of disputes using alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The former Minister will discuss and give examples of areas in which ADR can (a) enable iwi to get to settlement faster and (b) resolve disputes efficiently and commercially in a post-settlement world.
