Supervision – do you need it?
Mediation supervision is a form of professional development. Professional Supervision may include or be used in conjunction with, and to enhance and compliment, other forms of professional development, such as debriefing, mentoring, consulting, and training. It can be a useful part of your toolbox in growing your mediation practice. July’s meeting will be run by qualified supervisor Jenny Hill. Jenny has a post graduate certificate in supervision and has NZAC, ICEEFT and Dapaanz Certified Accreditation. She will provide us with insights about the power of supervision and how to make the most from this process.
