Professional Experience

Range of maritime and commercial arbitration in UK and New Zealand as counsel as well as advising parties on commercial mediation. Broad general experience in commercial litigation as counsel before all courts and in arbitration and mediation - has appeared as leading counsel in the District Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Privy Counsel and Supreme Court and in the Australian Federal and High Courts. Also appeared as leading counsel in international arbitration and before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
