EQC Mediation Profile

I previously lived in Christchurch for 15 years, and I was in Christchurch on the day of the February 2011 earthquake visiting my father. I feel like I have a sense of the roller coaster of feelings that were felt on that day. However, I could come back to my home in Auckland, and can only continue to send positive thoughts to my family and friends as they continue to rebuild their lives. I have been a Mediator for 30 years. I have my own full time private mediation practice, and my contracts include: Mediator for Dispute Resolution Services Ltd (ACC and Health and Disability disputes; Mediator for the NZ Law Society Lawyers Complaints Service; Mediator for the New Zealand Franchise Association; Mediator for the Department of Building and Housing (Weathertight Homes); Mediator for the Domain Name Commission; EQC Mediator; Referee in the Disputes Tribunal; Conciliator for the Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Service; Conciliator for the Finance Dispute Resolution Service, and LEADR Coach and Assessor.
