Rosemarie has been mediating since 2006, starting with workplace and industrial relations disputes, then adding family dispute resolution in 2008. Having worked for 11 years doing commercial, business and family related mediations and Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) work both privately in NZ and Australia and as a contractor to various Australian FDR providers & through NZ suppliers. Rosemarie has a wide experience of mediating different cultural, religious, lifestyle, financial, psychological, emotional, physiological issues and people (from teenage parents to grandparents and retired parties).
As a member of Elder Mediation Australasian Network (EMAN), Rosemarie has attended some of their webinars on Elder Mediation issues. Having attended and been an active participant for the past 2 years of the Retirement Village Stakeholders Forums, Rosemarie is very aware of the way in which Retirement Villages operate within New Zealand and the issues that can arise for anyone involved.
Rosemarie is a Chartered Accountant and has worked as such for almost 30 years in many industries and sectors from CA firms to leadership and governance roles from not for profits to large or global organisations. Though in the past10 years Rosemarie has worked with family businesses as a family business solutionist.

Worked in rural sector, manufacturing, service industry, retail, financial sector, local government, central government, not for profit and for family owned businesses. Currently located in Auckland and open to travelling throughout NZ.
Farm Debt Mediation
Born and raised for formative years on a dairy farm in the Waikato. Moved to the city. Lived for a short time as a teenager on a dairy farm in Victoria, Australia. Lived on lifestyle block for a couple of years in the Waikato, leasing land to neighbours for grazing. Have worked at Matamata-Piako District Council, NZ Dairy Group (now Fonterra) and Department of Conservation. Have worked with farming families regarding farm succession. Also helped many rural families post separation. Rosemarie started professional life as a Chartered Accountant in the Waikato and has been mediating since 2006 in both Australia and New Zealand.
