Isabel is a trained counsellor and accredited mediator of LEADR, AMINZ and the Law Society Family mediation.

She has an established counselling practice on Auckland's North Shore, Helensville and Rodney districts. She has extensive experience with adolescences working as a counsellor in the community. She specialises in trauma counselling relating to domestic violence, traumatic grief and loss. Isabel mediates in areas of workplace conflicts, team debriefs, education and family separation.

Isabel has an interest in social justice and fairness. She is has completed research in the promotion of social justice in counselling. She provides pre-mediation counselling to ensure that parties are fully prepared for collaborative conversations to assist in successful negotiations. This assist parents to develop parenting arrangements that is in the best interest of their children.
