Professional Experience

Currently I am Head of Implementation for the new Ministry for Primary Industries Farm Debt Mediation Scheme that will be fully operational from 1st July 2020.

I have over 20 years policy process, mediation, contract negotiation & project management experience. I have worked in the private sector in the dairy industry, Local Government and Central Government.

I specialise in environmental & primary sector policy processes. This includes consultation, submissions & further submissions, hearings, appeals, Environment Court proceedings and mediation processe.

Additionally I have extensive experience in contract negotiation, management and delivery as well as mediating through delivery issues for clients and medation in rural matters.
