Professional Experience

Over 50 years in dispute resolution as counsel, solicitor, legal adviser to lay arbitrators and as arbitrator and mediator. I have arbitrated or mediated approximately 50 disputes.

1967-2013. Practising Barrister and Solicitor and former partner (managing partner) in McElroy Milne, McElroy Morrison, managing partner of Carter & Partners and Consultant. Now practising on my own account.
