Join us for a special evening edition of the Bay of Plenty Network Meeting held in collaboration with the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS).
The construction industry is evolving along with the complexities of delivering projects on time, within budget, and without conflict. In response to increasing challenges on site and across the wider sector, NZIQS is proud to host a panel discussion featuring experienced voices from across the dispute resolution and construction landscape.
Navigating Disputes and Shaping the Future of New Zealand Construction
This conversation will focus on adjudication, while also touching on the broader suite of dispute resolution tools available across the sector. The panel will explore:
Emerging trends and challenges facing the New Zealand construction sector
Practical insights into dispute avoidance and resolution across projects of all sizes
The evolving use of adjudication, mediation, and arbitration in today’s fast-paced environment
How can we build a more collaborative and contractually aware culture within the industry
This is more than a discussion; it's a call to action. Our panel brings together thought leaders from across organisations and disciplines to share lessons, challenge assumptions, and look ahead to what’s next.
AMINZ members and construction professionals are invited to join this event, as we seek to build bridges between organisations and strengthen the industry through shared knowledge.
