Arbitrator

The decision is normally final and binding on the parties.

Mediator

Mediation is a process where a neutral facilitator assists parties in clarifying issues, engaging in negotiations, and reaching resolutions.

Mediation is a confidential and consensual dispute resolution process.

Adjudicator

Adjudication is used for resolving building and construction disputes, offering a unique, fast, and relatively straightforward statutory process for resolving disputes that arise under construction contracts.
