AMINZ Associate Membership

If you have sufficient knowledge of dispute resolution processes through experience and/or training, Associate membership is for you.

AMINZ Associate Membership is a recognised mark of credibility in the dispute resolution field. It shows that you have the knowledge and expertise to practise effectively in the industry.

To become an Associate Member, you’ll need to meet two main requirements:

  • A sound understanding of basic legal principles in certain key areas, and

  • Training or experience in dispute resolution.

Applicants must be able to show that they are a fit and proper person, and have proven experience in dispute resolution to gain admission as an Associate.

The annual fee for Associate members is $620.
