Negotiation styles and how to work effectively with each, understanding the process of negotiation and its close relationship with mediation.

Learning is reinforced through realistic practice scenarios and guided sessions led by experienced dispute resolution practitioners.
On completion of the programme, you will receive a certificate and 10 CPD points. (In Aotearoa New Zealand, there is no official compulsory qualification for practising as a mediator.)
"The Mediation Skills Intensive course was such a great experience. It was the perfect blend of theory and practical application that you don't often see in courses. I feel entirely more confident having had an opportunity to try out the skills taught due to the roleplay aspect of the course.”
-Aimee McGowan
