AMINZ Announces Collaboration with IACP
We are excited to announce a new collaboration with the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), further strengthening our network and enhancing collaborative practice in Aotearoa New Zealand.
IACP supports practitioners to be a part of something bigger – transforming the way conflict is resolved worldwide. Through its global platform, collaborative resolution professionals can connect with colleagues internationally, exchange best practices, and contribute to positive change.
“We’ve negotiated an incredible opportunity for our collaborative resolution professionals,” says AMINZ Executive Director Monique Pearson. “Our professionals now have access to the new IACP Member Portal, connection to a wider community, and discounted events.”
Effective from October 2025 through August 2026, this collaboration builds on Collaborative Resolution New Zealand (CRNZ) joining AMINZ earlier this year.
AMINZ is also establishing a Collaborative Working Group (CWG) to help shape the future of collaborative practice in Aotearoa New Zealand. We are actively seeking voices from across our collaboratively trained membership – lawyers, financial specialists, counsellors, facilitators and more – to join the CWG and contribute their perspectives.
“I’m really excited to be working alongside the CWG,” says Monique. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to foster innovation, strengthen connections, and ensure a truly collaborative approach to dispute resolution.”
Collaborative resolution professionals who would like to know more about joining AMINZ, IACP or contributing to the CWG can get in touch with us here. (Certain criteria apply.)
