Join us for AMINZ Arbitration Day 2027, returning with a refreshed format that begins with lunch and a keynote address, followed by an afternoon of presentations and panel discussions exploring the latest developments in domestic and international arbitration. The day will conclude with a closing networking session.

The Hon Justice Sally Fitzgerald will deliver the keynote address, examining the role of arbitration under the new High Court Rules. The programme will also feature Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading arbitrators, legal practitioners and industry experts.
