We suggest you arrive slightly earlier on the first day to get settled in before we kick things off at 9 am.

Thursday

8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Thursday is the day to practice the skills you have learnt. To ensure we have enough time for the entire group to practice we are starting 30 minutes earlier.
Please note that full day attendance on Thursday is required as interactive mediation practice takes place and involves all participants. If you need to leave early, arrive late, or if anything unexpected arises that might affect your attendance, please let us know as soon as possible.

Friday

Our final day starts later and finishes earlier to allow for those who need to travel.
