Event Information
We will be using Zoom for all five days. A link will be sent before the start date. Please ensure you’re familiar with the platform and have access to video, microphone, and sound.
Programme
Monday-Wednesday
9 am - 4 pm. We suggest logging in a little earlier on the first day to get settled before we begin at 9 am.
Make sure you have everything you need, grab a glass of water, coffee or tea and test your internet connection. Check that your camera and microphone are working. This will help ensure a smooth start to the session.
Your workbook will be posted to you prior, so feel free to browse through it as you get ready.

Note:
You don’t need a Zoom account to join the session, simply click the meeting link we send you before the start date. If you haven’t used Zoom before, or haven’t used it in a while, we recommend downloading the app or checking for updates and testing your audio and video ahead of time.
Your course workbook will be sent via post, please ensure you have supplied your correct mailing address. Note that we cannot send to PO Box addresses.
Thursday
8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Thursday is the day to practice the skills you have learnt. To ensure we have enough time for the entire group to practice, we are starting 30 minutes earlier.

Practice Day Overview
The Practice Day is designed to help you put your mediation skills into practice in a safe and supportive environment. This is a learning experience and an opportunity to apply what you’ve learned throughout the week, gain valuable insights, and build confidence in your mediation approach.
What to expect
• You will take part in three mediation scenarios during the day.
• In one of the scenarios, you will act as the mediator.
• In the other two scenarios, you will take on the role of a party in a dispute.
Friday
9:30 am - 3:30 pm.
You will participate in an interactive presentation that includes accessing a polling website.
10:30 - 11 am | Break
12:30 - 1:15 pm | Lunch
3:30 pm | End of Day
