8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Thursday is the day to practice the skills you have learnt. To ensure we have enough time for the entire group to practice we are starting 30 minutes earlier.

Practice day overview

The AMSI Practice Day is designed to help you put your mediation skills into practice in a safe and supportive environment. This is a learning experience and an opportunity to apply what you’ve learned throughout the week, gain valuable insights, and build confidence in your mediation approach.

What to expect

•     You will take part in three mediation scenarios during the day.

•     In one of the scenarios, you will act as the mediator.

•     In the other two scenarios, you will take on the role of a party in a dispute.

9:30 am - 3:30 pm. Our final day starts later and finishes earlier to accommodate those who may need to travel.

You will need a device or laptop to participate in an interactive presentation that includes accessing a polling website.
