Celebrating Jenny Williams, our Newest AMINZ Fellow in Mediation
AMINZ is thrilled to announce that Jenny Williams has achieved Fellowship in Mediation, the highest professional recognition offered by AMINZ.
This achievement marks the successful completion of our comprehensive year-long Fellowship programme and reflects Jenny's ongoing commitment to excellence.
“It is an honour to be recognised as a Fellow of AMINZ,” shares Jenny. “The Fellowship Programme was challenging but it has strengthened my practice and given me a renewed sense of purpose. I am excited to keep building on that growth and contributing to our profession.”
With over twenty years’ experience across employment law, senior government leadership, and consulting, Jenny is known for her deep expertise in organisational culture, employment relations, and restorative processes. She is valued for her empathetic listening, her ability to distil complex issues to their core, and her calm presence.
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Jenny to the AMINZ Fellowship community”, says AMINZ Executive Director Monique Pearson. “Jenny is highly regarded in mediation; she brings professionalism, empathy, and integrity to her work, and we are proud to recognise her outstanding achievement.”
We would like to thank Director of Professional Studies Paul Sills and Deputy Director of Professional Studies (Consensual) Sheana Wheeldon, and to the team of assessors, role players, and programme team, whose expertise and support help shape the Fellowship journey and maintain its standard of excellence.
